HOPE worldwide Jax Chapter 2025 Season of Service
BLOOD DRIVE – Saturday, October 25th at the Fall Festival from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm.
Second and 4th Wednesdays, 10:00 am -11:00 am: Taylor Care Center, 6535 Chester Ave. A time visits, singing, stories, and more with seniors. Contact Jim at 904-477-9291
First Saturday of each month (except in October): My Sociability, a time for sharing, food, music, and other activities with special needs adults. 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm, JAX Church Annex, Contact Marika 770-653-7368.
Saturday, October 25th from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm during JAX Church Fall Festival :
- Assemble and Decorate Veteran Gratitude Bags
- Collect & Assemble POPP Packs – prepare backpacks for those leaving prison
Date & Time TBA: Distribute Veterans Gratitude Bags at VA Center
January 17, 2026: MLK Day Fun Run, Play Day & Day of Service at Southwinds Villas, 8711 Newton Rd. 32216; 10:00 am – 12:30 pm
March 4th, 5th & 6th 2026: GATE River Run volunteer opportunities that support the Walk for Charity as HOPE worldwide JAX Chapter is a beneficiary.
August 2026: Worthy Bathroom Program, Quito / Ambato, Ecuador. Building relationships and constructing bathrooms for the indigenous families near Cunyuaco and Chimborazo. Actual dates pending.
